No, we do not collect any data and do not pass it on to third parties. The data is cryptographically encoded. The private key gives you exclusive access to your data and tokens. No one else can access your data except you.

The tokens created on the blockchain must be suspended. A new registration is required, and the tokens must be re-issued. Our high security and confidentiality standards require such a procedure. That is why you should keep your recovery key safe.

When registering, you must enter your private residential address, as your shares belong to you privately. This will be checked by us in the course of our KYC process.

The monthly fees are charged per user and company. You pay according to your use of the individual functions. You will receive a transparent statement, which will be sent to you by e-mail on a quarterly basis.

You can take on the role of shareholder, director and company secretary at the same time. You will only be charged for one user/stakeholder per month.

Yes, this is possible. You can take on the role of company secretary on TWEX® with a signing authority of 50%, even if you are not listed in the commercial register as an authorised signatory. As this signing authority is not externally valid, only the platform TWEX® is valid.
